Who is responsible for my data?
New Media SRL publishes amarteam.com and is the party responsible for the details collected on it. Its office is at Str. Oituz 6B Apt. 1, Baia Mare, postal code 430202, Maramures County. Requests about your data go through the Contact Us page.
What does the callback form collect?
The request page asks for a first name, a phone number, an email address, the day and the time window you pick for the call, and a tick in the consent box. It asks for nothing else. The consent tick is stored with the request so that there is a record of what you agreed to.
Why are these details used, and who receives them?
They are used to arrange and carry out the consultation call you asked for. For that purpose they are passed to independent specialists, who phone or email you about your recurring household services. Details are not used to build advertising profiles.
What is logged when I only read a page?
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages may record technical details of each visit, such as the IP address, the browser type, the page requested and the time. These records keep the site running and secure. The pages set no advertising or analytics cookies and load no tracking scripts.
Which outside services does a page contact?
Every page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. The request page also loads a small script library from unpkg so that the form can be sent without reloading the page. Those hosts receive your IP address and browser details, as happens with any web request, and handle them under their own policies.
How long are my details kept?
Only as long as they are needed to handle your request and to meet legal obligations. After that they are deleted or made anonymous.
What can I ask for?
You can ask to see the details held about you, to have them corrected or deleted, to withdraw your consent to the call, and to object to their use. Write or phone using the details on the Contact Us page and say what you would like done. You may also raise a concern with the data protection authority that applies where you live.
